The position involves testing Moody's CreditLens or similar systems, handling compliance training, and participating in agile sub-projects to improve efficiency in credit

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience in banking or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to design and execute test cases for system testing.
• Proven ability to resolve operational and system issues for business users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and data analysis support for Commercial Credit Administration.
• Support loan/workflow systems and annual review processing for portfolios.
• Contribute to policy, procedures, and reporting improvements.
• Input daily data into the Annual Review database for monthly reports.
• Assist in system testing and validation of pre/post-production functionality.
• Offer frontline support via the Credit Administration Technology helpline.
• Assist with acquisition and conversion activities aligning with standards.
