Job summary

Union Bank of Vermont/NH is seeking a full-time Commercial Credit Operations Administrator to act as theOperational SME for commercial credit systems, reporting processes, data governance, and flood compliance. You will analyze workflows, enhance controls, and support audits while coordinating with lending, compliance, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment.

The role focuses on administering the LOS, generating management reports, and driving automation and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Analytics, Economics or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3-7 years banking, loan operations, credit administration, system admin, reporting or data analysis preferred.
• Experience with commercial lending systems and banking applications.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and database skills.
• Experience supporting audits, exams, or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Commercial Credit systems, workflows, reporting, and flood compliance.
• Analyze and improve operational processes, controls, data integrity, and risk management.
• Develop management reporting and data analytics for portfolio oversight and risk monitoring.
• Administer and optimize the Commercial Loan Origination System (LOS) workflows and configurations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of lending data across systems and reporting platforms.
• Oversee appraisal and collateral valuation processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage flood compliance activities, including determinations and insurance calculations.
• Support technology, automation, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and implement internal controls.
• Support audits, examinations, loan reviews, and remediation efforts with documentation.
