Six Degrees is partnering with an established organization in the Chicago western suburbs to hire a Credit & Collections Analyst for onsite work in Addison, IL. The role focuses on managing commercial customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and collaborating with sales and service teams to maintain receivables.

Requirements include 2+ years in commercial credit or AR, a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and Excel skills.

Competenze

2+ years of commercial credit, B2B collections, or accounts receivable experience.
Experience managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues.
Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with accounting systems, Excel, and AR reporting.

Mansioni

Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including collections and past-due receivables.
Review customer credit limits and assist with credit decisions.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account disputes.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve outstanding balances.
Monitor aging reports, payment trends, and collection activity.
Maintain accurate customer account records and credit documentation.
Help improve collections processes and overall cash flow.
