Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA preferred.
• Level II: 3+ years of commercial credit underwriting experience.
• Senior: 5+ years of commercial credit underwriting experience.
• Strong financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and loan structuring skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Knowledge of GAAP and banking regulations; attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to learn loan systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite credits and analyze financial statements for commercial accounts.
• Prepare financial spreads and cash flow analyses for new loans.
• Monitor loan covenants and compliance; track documents for closings.
• Interact with clients to collect information and support renewals.
