Job summary
Nuvision Credit Union in the United States seeks a Commercial Loan Analyst for a full-time remote role covering AK, AZ, NV and WA. You will evaluate credit requests, analyze borrower information, financial statements, collateral and tax returns to determine repayment ability, and support loan officers through the credit review process.
Requirements include 3 years of commercial loan analysis experience, familiarity with commercial lending software, and knowledge of NCUA regulations.
Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial loan analysis experience with a financial institution.
- Experience with commercial lending analysis software.
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing loan requests, including borrower information, financial statements, collateral and tax returns for new and existing loans.
- Assist underwriter in preparation of credit memorandum and credit review.
- Perform site visits and member interviews for new loans and annual reviews.
- Cultivate and retain business member accounts through effective customer service.
- Supports, participates and volunteers in credit union member community activities.
