Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt attention to all matters that impact the order to cash cycle
• Approve or deny credit orders in accordance with policy while balancing risk and customer relations
• Review credit and collection policies and apply them to credit decisions
• Monitor collections and assess credit risk across the customer portfolio
• Initiate credit limit reviews and request financial statements as needed
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve disputes and coordinate on delinquent accounts
• Prepare reports and ensure processes run as designed
