Responsibilities

Complete a formal training program with instructor-led sessions, web-based learning, and on-the-job assignments.
Demonstrate active engagement in training and cohort sessions.
Review and analyze financial statements, cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and capital structures of borrowers.
Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda for new originations, renewals, amendments, and underwriting events.
Monitor assigned loan portfolios for credit quality and covenant compliance.
Partner with relationship managers to support credit structuring and due diligence.
