• Review loans to confirm quality within risk appetite.
• Work in customer contact or back-office roles.
• Develop routine departmental reports and spreadsheets.
• Perform data review, research, and reconciliation.
• Participate in CAM Operations Development Program activities.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues.
• Promote belonging and align with M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal controls and respond to audits.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
