Job summary

BMO Harris Bank in Milwaukee is seeking an analyst to analyze credit information and support lending decisions for a commercial banking loan portfolio. You will perform financial analysis, assess client creditworthiness, and prepare detailed credit summaries to inform management decisions.

You will also help structure loans, monitor portfolio performance, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships while ensuring compliance with risk policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant credit or lending experience in a corporate or banking environment.
• Credit knowledge aligned with portfolio requirements and standards.
• Specialized knowledge from education or business experience.
