Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in a credit union, banking, loan operations, or related financial services environment preferred.
Experience performing commercial credit analysis including financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and tax return evaluation is required.

Responsibilities

Perform credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring for commercial and agricultural lending.
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flows, and collateral information to support lending decisions.
Prepare credit approval memorandums and underwriting summaries; assist with risk ratings and collateral evaluation.
