Job summary

Lake City Bank in Indiana is seeking a Credit Analyst to support the Commercial Loan Department. You will perform credit analysis, financial statement analysis, global cash flow and collateral analysis, and review financial covenants in preparation of loan submissions and credit memos.

The role requires a BS in business, finance, or accounting, proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, and 6–12 months of commercial credit department training. Office-based, weekdays 8-5, on-site.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Proficient PC skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Six months to one year of formal commercial Credit Department training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use technology available to prepare financial statement spreadsheets for further analysis.
• Analyze financial statements of prospective or existing customers as part of a new loan request, renewal or annual review.
• Assist the Commercial Banking Officers in the preparation of credit approval or review documents in accordance with loan policies.
