Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2+ years of Commercial Banking experience.
• Strong financial and risk analysis skills including modeling.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Understanding of corporate structure and legal documents.
• General knowledge of U.S. government and regulation.
• Proficiency in internal banking applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor Credit Excellence and initiate collection of financial statements for renewals and reviews.
• Prepare concise credit approval memos with company and industry descriptions, risks, and terms.
• Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring including covenant tracking and financial reviews.
• Identify and determine monitoring analysis activities needed.
• Verify covenants and define necessary updates on ticklers.
• Monitor covenants, track past due/compliance and recommend actions.
• Review spreads and coordinate with CCU to resolve edits or corrections.
• Generate portfolio reporting for credit leadership and relationship managers.
• Prepare Criticized Period Reviews with oversight.
• Run projection models with provided assumptions.
• Complete underwriting with minimal oversight.
• Prepare portfolio analysis and Portfolio Review materials.
• Ensure data integrity across internal systems and reports.
• Escalate data or documentation deficiencies as needed.
• Identify emerging risks and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge of Bancorp credit policies and procedures.
• Perform Borrowing Entity PD Ratings and Obligation LGD Ratings.
• Assist with training and onboarding.
