Job summary

Fox Rothschild in Seattle seeks an Associate in the Litigation Department to handle commercial litigation matters in Seattle office. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience, a JD, and be admitted to the Washington State Bar.

Experience with insurance bad faith and coverage matters is preferred. Preference for lawyers from large or boutique firms; strong research and writing skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be admitted to the Washington State Bar.


• Admission to the Oregon, Idaho, and/or Alaska State Bar, with documented experience practicing in Washington and at least one additional jurisdiction, is strongly preferred.


• Strong research skills, writing skills, academic record, and the ability to work independently and within a team are essential.


• Experience with depositions, oral arguments, trial proceedings, and practice in both federal and state courts is preferred.


• Preference for candidates with prior experience from a large or boutique law firm.


• The salary range for this position in Washington is $210,000 - $235,000.


• Candidates must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
