Our client,one of the fastest growing SaaS companies with a valuation of over $1.5B has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search in their effort to add a Commercial Counsel to its growing legal team. This is a 100% remote position with company headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area. Backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital Ventures, the company is on an impressive success trajectory that is fostering growth, innovation and an inspiring workplace.
The Commercial Counsel will be the resident point of contact for “all things contracts” (both vendor and customer facing). The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy and practical in drafting agreements. They will delight in educating stakeholders, be focused on deeply learning and understanding the business, and oriented around building processes that scale.
Responsibilities:Compensation is targeted in the two hundred thousand dollars range and includes a target bonus, equity grant and benefits. Compensation will depend on geographic region residence and level of directly relevant experience.
