Engine, the AI-native platform for intelligent travel, is hiring a commercial contracts lead in the United States. You will own the negotiation and lifecycle of Engine's key commercial agreements and collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Product teams to drive value.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial contracts, a J.D. with active bar admission, and hands-on experience with SaaS, partnerships, and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial contracts experience with a J.D. and active bar admission.
• Deep knowledge of partnership, distribution, SaaS, and vendor contracts.
• Pragmatic negotiation skills and experience with CLM platforms like Ironclad.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and lifecycle of Engine's most important commercial agreements.
• Partner closely with Partnerships, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Product teams.
• Continually enhance contract templates, playbooks, and CLM workflows.
