Job summary

Qualifications
- JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
- 4+ years of legal experience.
- Experience providing legal advice on commercial technology transactions internationally and with Fortune 1000 companies.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial agreements including satellite internet and connectivity deals.
- Mitigate legal risk by implementing processes, trainings, and controls for Starlink sales, product, and growth teams.
- Provide analyses of laws and regulations, especially consumer protection and telecom.
- Counsel product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
- Manage Starlink terms of service globally for residential and business products.
