Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Commercial Counsel to provide legal support across multiple company functions, including drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements. The ideal candidate has a JD, is admitted to a US state bar, and has 3–5 years of relevant experience.

You will work with teams across business, technology, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver practical commercial solutions in a fast-paced gaming and sports betting environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and bar admission in at least one US state.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for commercial agreements.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, sponsorship and partnership agreements.
• Handle marketing, media and affiliate agreements, and product/technology contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations.
