Job summary

Litem, an AI-powered platform transforming how trial lawyers manage the litigation lifecycle, seeks a contracts-focused attorney to own the full lifecycle of commercial agreements. You will negotiate with lawyer-customers and drive deals to signature, reporting to the CLO, with visibility and immediate impact on the business.

You will draft and negotiate SaaS, enterprise, and license agreements, own the contracting process, and develop templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, enterprise, and license agreements.
• Ability to negotiate with lawyer-customers and drive deals to signature.
• Experience addressing IP, data protection, and AI-related issues in coordination with security/privacy teams.

About the Role:

• You will own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, from customer-facing SaaS agreements to vendor technology contracts.
• You will negotiate directly with lawyer-customers, driving deals to signature on strong terms.
• Reporting to the CLO, your work is visible and impact immediate.

• Draft and negotiate technology and software agreements, including SaaS, enterprise, and license agreements.
• Own the customer contracting process, lead negotiations, and build templates and playbooks.
