• Own the full contracting workflow from intake to execution.
• Serve as the primary legal resource for commercial contract review and negotiation.
• Manage collections for unpaid premiums and past-due invoices.

• Own the full contracting workflow from intake to execution via LinkSquares.
• Serve as the primary legal resource for commercial contract review and negotiation.

Legal Collections:

• Manage collections for unpaid premiums and past-due invoices.
• Draft demand letters, coordinate with outside counsel, and resolve disputed accounts.

Corporate Governance:

• Assist with corporate record maintenance, board documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to provide practical legal guidance.
