Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduation from a top-tier law school.
- Admitted to practice law in California.
- 3–6 years’ experience in corporate law or law firm with contract review and/or commercial litigation.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to travel for business as needed.
- Experience with digital legal tools including AI-based contract review, legal research, and document review tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for legal services for assigned business groups and other US Mitsubishi Electric Group companies or divisions.
- Review, negotiate and draft commercial contracts and related documents for assigned divisions including sales/purchasing, distributor/reseller, supply, digital product and service, marketing and other service agreements, NDAs, and sales programs/policies.
