Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) to join our team across Pennsylvania. We are looking for technicians with 2+ years of service experience to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in restaurants, schools, and hospitals.

You will handle dispatched calls, report activities on a tablet, and provide excellent customer service. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses, on-call overtime, and comprehensive benefits are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with our safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members.
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay).
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)

What You Need to Apply:
