Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced commercial kitchen service technicians for multiple locations across Pennsylvania. Join a team servicing refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.

Candidates should have 2+ years of industry experience, strong skills in gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems, and be capable of driving company vehicles. CFESA certification or training is a plus, with background checks required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age
• Successful background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members.
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay).
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
