K&D Factory Service is seeking Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot Side) to service Pennsylvania across seven branches including Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. Candidates need 2+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and CFESA or manufacturer training is a plus.

You'll diagnose and repair issues, document all activities on a tablet, and provide outstanding customer service while working with our team.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background check and drug screen.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry
• Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
