Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians to support our Pennsylvania locations. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial kitchen equipment across multiple sites and coordinate with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of industry experience, strong technical knowledge of gas, steam, electrical or mechanical systems, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members.
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay).
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
