Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in contract management, legal support, or similar role.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and workflow optimization.
• Strong ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle including intake, review, risk assessment, approvals, and execution.
• Review and process agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to support contract negotiations.
