Your new role
Digital Science is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Contracts Specialist to focus on the drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts, including standard customer terms, contract amendments and partner agreements, in accordance with pre-approved playbooks and guardrails, as well as the administration of reseller type agreements.
This critical role will be instrumental in helping the business contract with customers and partners efficiently in close collaboration with SalesOps, Sales and Legal teams, by implementing and following standard processes, such as to facilitate the review of customer comments on standard terms and track partner relationships. It is anticipated that this role will act as a first line of review of high volume contract types and to triage to the Legal team as required.
The ideal candidate will possess very strong attention to detail, experience with reviewing and drafting contractual documents, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders (including Legal, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams) and external partners. A foundational understanding of basic legal contract terms is essential for success in this role, but legal qualifications are not required.
