Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, private equity, capital markets, or commercial litigation.
• J.D. or international equivalent required.
• Active bar membership or equivalent authorization to practice law required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for explaining legal reasoning to technical teams.
