Headwaters Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects. You will manage daily jobsite activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.

You will work closely with Project Managers, project teams, and clients to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of commercial construction field experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and jobsite logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily field operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries to maintain project schedules.
• Develop and maintain look-aheads schedules and manage daily project sequencing.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Maintain and enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance on all jobsite activities.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, identify issues, and resolve field challenges proactively.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate project expectations.
• Coordinate inspections, maintain daily reports, site logs, and project documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers to support project planning, scheduling, and successful execution.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and project turnover.
