• Strong scheduling, coordination, and RFIs handling experience.
• Track record of quality control across all construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for a $10M office and fabrication shop construction project.
• Manage subcontractor scheduling, coordination, and performance.
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain project schedule and proactively address delays or conflicts.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams on progress and RFIs.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and jobsite documentation.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Track and report progress against project milestones and budget.
