Job summary

LeoForce in Washington is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead multi-family construction projects from the field. You will own the overall construction process: planning and scheduling, resource allocation, cost management, safety and compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll produce and manage the 3-week look-ahead schedule and run pre-cons with subs and weekly foreman meetings. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of superintendent experience on garden-style or multi-family

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction superintendent experience leading multi-family projects.
• Direct experience on garden-style or multi-family residential projects.
• Ability to manage large-scale builds (150+ units) on schedule and within budget.
• Fluent reading of blueprints; strong civil construction knowledge: dirt work, grading, layout.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage the 3-week look-ahead schedule.
• Run subcontractor pre-cons and weekly foreman meetings.
• Daily field management of all trades; daily reporting and photo documentation.
• Write and resolve RFIs with the design team; manage project close-out and punch.
