Job summary

ServiceMASTER, a leader in the disaster restoration services, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Large Loss Division. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with commercial construction.

This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability through effective project management. We offer company provided vehicle and cell phone, out of town pay premium, competitive compensation and benefit packages!

Qualifications

• Must travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods.
• Must have project management experience.
• Must have construction background.
• Good customer service skills.
• Must learn and utilize Chronicle, Xactimate and others as necessary.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Working knowledge of basic office equipment
• Must be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software; Chronicle, Xactimate and others as necessary
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
