Job summary

PANHANDLE CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC. is seeking a Commercial Project Superintendent to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. You will coordinate mitigation and reconstruction efforts, manage on-site operations, and ensure safety, schedules, and budgets are met.

You will work with insurance adjusters, property owners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. All candidates will undergo onboarding and training, working alongside current superintendents to learn processes

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day with possible two weeks notice for coverage.
• Ability to complete daily project documentation with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders including adjusters, property owners, and facilities managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial disaster restoration projects including mitigation, reconstruction, and final inspections.
• Direct on-site activities, ensuring safety regulations, quality, and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors and crew members; provide training and feedback.
• Serve as primary contact for insurance adjusters, owners, and management; provide regular updates.
• Coordinate budget and schedule with the Project Manager; adjust plans to meet client priorities.
