You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining schedule, productivity, quality, and safety.

This full-time, direct-hire role requires strong leadership, hands-on site management, and the ability to work with project teams to drive on-time delivery and OSHA-compliant

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and government background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for vertical construction projects.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Work with the Project Manager on scheduling, staffing, and project execution.
• Monitor field productivity, progress, and construction quality.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, owners, architects, inspectors, and project teams.
• Provide direction, training, and support to field personnel.
• Assist with hiring and evaluation of field team members.
• Maintain strong working relationships with employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate resources to keep projects moving.
