As a commercial construction superintendent on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, including scheduling, supervising subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to meet project timelines, budgets, and specifications, while also fostering a professional team environment.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• 10+ years of construction supervisory experience (as either a PM or Superintendent)
• Strong commercial construction experience, preferably multifamily
• OSHA certification
• Experience supervising/managing commercial projects ranging from $1m-$25m in value

NICE TO HAVE:

• Procore
• Off-the-ground Multifamily wood-framed projects experience
