We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Masonry & Concrete Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial masonry and concrete projects from inception to completion. This position is critical to the success and growth of the company and requires a professional with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, and executing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role involves direct coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Work with estimators pre bid
• Contact suppliers regarding Materials
• Order materials on time per job schedule
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Submit data to GC's
• Work with Job Foremen on materials and Job site issues

Qualifications:

• 5 Years of previous experience
• Strong project management skills
