Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for on-site leadership of ground-up and commercial/industrial projects in Allentown, PA. You will manage subs, MEP trades, schedules, and daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Join a hands-on team that values ownership and reliable project delivery. 6+ years of recent local experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work on-site daily are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial/industrial construction superintendent or field supervision experience.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and on-site operations.
• Hands-on MEP coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of drawings, safety requirements, and scheduling.
• Experience with ground-up construction and renovations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; local residency required.

• Coordinate subcontractors, MEP trades, schedules, and daily jobsite activities.
• Partner with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure quality execution.
• Champion jobsite safety, quality control, and a positive, productive team environment.

Job Description

• Must reside locally and be able to work on-site daily.
