Bear’s Contracting Group in Denton, TX is seeking a Commercial Construction Site Superintendent to lead regional projects. You will direct daily on-site operations, drive safety compliance, manage schedule execution, and ensure build quality across commercial sites while coordinating with our project management team.

The role requires active OSHA 30, proven field operations experience with subcontractors, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Active OSHA 30 Certification.
• Proven background managing commercial construction field operations and sub-contractors on-site.
• Ability to operate self-sufficiently in the field while maintaining strong lines of communication with the office.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for project assignments.
• Must be able to operate scheduling software and basic communication programs
