Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction projects in the Midwest. This role focuses on managing multifamily, senior living, student housing, and commercial builds from preconstruction to closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a background in design-build. Collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills; contract management experience preferred.
• Design-build experience is a plus; excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
