Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and engineered drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently through a long list of tasks and goals without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent construction projects and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Verify alignment with permits, drawings, codes and regulations.
• Direct, coordinate, and manage subcontractors throughout all phases of construction.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure complete construction documents and meet project requirements.
• Maintain project budgets and job cost reports with percentage complete and remaining budget.
• Schedule and complete compliance inspections (sprinklers, fire alarms, extinguishers, backflow preventers).
