• Oversee all facets of commercial construction projects, from inception to wrap-up, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain project budgets and financial health through meticulous cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Foster a cohesive and motivated project team, promoting a positive work environment.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, ideally with projects ranging from five to fifteen million dollars.
