London Approach is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in South Jersey from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate will manage healthcare and education projects, handle budgets and schedules, review plans, and ensure quality and safety on site. This role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration skills.
• Experience with healthcare and/or education construction projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering plans.

A well-established commercial general contractor in South Jersey is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, education, and other commercial construction projects, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
• Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and resolve project issues
• Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure projects remain on track
• Assist with subcontractor selection, buyout, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and project closeout
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
• Commercial GC experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing healthcare and/or education construction projects highly preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
