Job summary

MPI in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Engineer to support project teams with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, document control, and coordination across a range of healthcare, education, municipal, and industrial projects.

You will partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to track progress, budgets, and milestones, attending project sites 50/50 between office and field operations while leveraging Viewpoint and other construction tech to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant PM, or similar role.
  • Strong employment tenure and clear career progression history.
  • Comfortable splitting time between the office and project sites (roughly 50/50).
  • Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software; Viewpoint experience is beneficial.
  • Professional communicator with leadership potential and a collaborative, team-first approach.

Job Description



  • Support project teams with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, document control, and project coordination
