Job summary

CyberCoders in Indianapolis seeks a Sales Project Manager to bridge sales and operations for commercial flooring projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle from proposal and takeoffs through installation and closeout to deliver on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

Responsibilities include leading pre-sales activities, preparing detailed proposals, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating with clients and teams to sustain margins and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined sales and project management experience in commercial flooring, construction, or a related trade.
• Experience performing takeoffs and preparing accurate estimates; familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring materials, installation methods, site conditions, and industry standards.
• Project management skills incl. scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities including site visits, requirements gathering, measurements, and takeoffs to produce estimates and proposals.
• Prepare detailed proposals, scopes of work, and sales contracts with estimating and operations teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and procurement for timely delivery and profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, vendors, and installation crews to set expectations and resolve issues.
