• Proficient with construction-related software and office technology.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations for a commercial construction office.
• Support project teams and ensure projects, documentation, and administrative processes stay organized.
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, and deadlines across multiple projects.
• Maintain accurate project and operational documentation.
• Assist with construction project coordination and workflow management.
• Communicate with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues and take ownership of getting them resolved.
• Help improve processes, organization, and efficiency throughout the office.
• Provide leadership and support to ensure projects and operational priorities remain on track.
