Job summary

gpac is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for a prominent Baltimore-based Commercial General Contractor to oversee HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical scopes on large-scale commercial construction projects.

This role requires coordinating with subcontractors, field teams, owners, and design professionals from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, managing RFIs, submittals, schedules and budgets, and ensuring successful commissioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Commercial construction experience with a General Contractor or Mechanical Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and commissioning.

A leading Commercial General Contractor in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical scopes on large-scale commercial construction projects. This Mechanical Project Manager role requires strong HVAC, MEP coordination, and commissioning experience.

The Mechanical Project Manager will manage mechanical systems from preconstruction through commissioning and project turnover while coordinating with subcontractors, field teams, owners, and design teams.
