Job description

Description

  • Organize project documents
  • Gather information on blueprints, proposals, specifications and other related documents
  • Prepare cost estimates for labor costs, materials, time and equipment
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to evaluate risks, estimate timelines and ensure that projects stay within the bid budget
  • Build and maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and contractors
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and field measure if necessary
  • Maintain processes and improve processes in the bidding process as needed
  • Submit competitive bids to Owners
  • Other tasks as needed

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least three years related experience required.
