Job summary

Skillforce is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator for a full-time role in the Orlando, FL area. The candidate must be local and work out of the Kissimmee office when not traveling to project sites. Salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 annually, with generous bonus opportunities.

The role entails reviewing plans, leading projects from pre-construction to closeout, analyzing labor, materials and timelines, and keeping current on industry costs and standards. Bachelor's in CM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings.
• Experience with estimating software (Stack preferred, but not required).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Location: Orlando, FL area, must be local and work out of the Kissimmee office when not traveling to local project sites.
