Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a respected General Contractor handling ground-up commercial projects in Columbus, Ohio. You will prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects, price and track change orders, and contribute to budgeting and margin projections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects.
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
