We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Construction Estimator to be an integral part of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preconstruction activities, including estimating, takeoffs, proposals,procurement, and more.
• Develop and maintain a historical cost database for our markets.
• Prepare and review cost proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Build and foster relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, internalclients, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent Kapella Group/Global Construction on job sites, in the community, andat industry events.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring budgets and timelines aremanaged effectively.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new growthopportunities.
• Manage and review multiple estimates simultaneously, maintaining accuracy andquality.
• Communicate daily with the sales team to gather project details, review plans,and ensure cost projections are on point.
• Prepare construction budgets that align with estimates to ensure proper financialplanning.
• Prequalify subcontractors and collect bids to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain a pool of qualified subcontractors for ongoing projects.
• Provide exceptional service to the sales team by fostering open communicationand proactive problem-solving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Construction and Renovation Estimating forcommercial projects (Multifamily, Hospitality, General Contracting experiencepreferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering isa plus.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and other estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:

• Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
