Job summary

EmergencyMD in Colorado Springs seeks a Commercial Construction Rough & Final Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with optional overtime depending on project needs.

You will prepare commercial sites for inspections and turnover, remove debris, clean spaces, and ensure move-in ready conditions on a variety of construction projects. Background checks apply for government-site work.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of commercial construction cleaning experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Dependable, punctual and with excellent attendance.
• Open availability for scheduled hours and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently or in a team while following safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Remove construction debris and sweep areas.
• Vacuum, dust, wipe surfaces, and clean windows.
• Polish fixtures and sanitize restrooms.
• Ensure spaces meet quality standards for inspections.
• Prepare areas for final turnover and occupancy.
• Comply with all job site safety regulations.
